Each Galassia Jewels piece is individually crafted to order according to the selected metal quality, diamond type, diamond quality, size, and finish. As every piece is handcrafted, slight natural variations may occur while maintaining our highest standards of craftsmanship.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are based on your selected configuration and prevailing precious metal and diamond market rates. Advance payment may be required before production begins. Applicable taxes, duties, shipping, and handling charges will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of complete customer information and successful payment confirmation. Production timelines commence after confirmation and may vary depending on customization requirements, material availability, and finishing processes.

Certification & Materials

Gold purity and diamond specifications correspond to the configuration selected during purchase. Where applicable, certification and authenticity documents will be provided with your order.

Cancellation & Refunds

As every jewellery piece is custom made, cancellations or refunds may not be available once production has started. Any exception will be evaluated individually based on the production stage and the nature of the customization.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates may vary due to manufacturing, quality inspection, courier schedules, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Product Care

To preserve the beauty of your jewellery, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive surfaces, and strong impacts. Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear is not covered.
